I done a 6 hour stint on the saddle Yesterday, and i didnt feel to bad below but my happy sacks aint quite as happy, so i th ought i might aswell invest in chamois cream.
Can anyone recommend one, im looking at the Assos one or the Rapha one.

DCLane

Found in the Yorkshire hills ...
I make my own;

Own brand tub of E45 equivalent 500ml
250ml of Sudocrem
Tea tree oil - a few drops
Essential oils - a few drops

Mix in a big bowl and put back into the tubs that are now empty. Lasts for ages and costs much, much less than the commercial ones.

Assos man myself. I find Sudocream slightly tackey, whereas Assos is very slippery (during hot weather I also add some on the back of my knees, underarms, and the crease of the elbow, as I've found the drying sweat can cause rub here too).
