If you can't find castors that fit, nail some skateboards to the legs.

Cut the legs down on the table and sit on the floor, as a bonus you can burn the chairs and table legs as firewood.

thankfully it's summer, so by cutting off the fingers of your winter gloves means you can use them as fingerless gloves for the summer, and put the four fingers from each glove over the end of each chair leg. now if that's not two birds with one stone I don't know what is.
