After getting to the bottom of squeeks on my disc brakes (replaced disc and pads) I was taking a look at the bike and chainset, chain etc.Chain is showing as worn by the chain checker and outer ring looks like this.No jumping or skipping so do I ride on until kaput or replace.

Chainset looks fine. Big ring could do with replacing.

Recommend you procure new chain and cassette. [Edited various]
Replace chain (keep hold of old chain - see below) and test to see if the cassette will take it (depends on how far you ridden on the cassette/chain since the chain elongated beyond 'limit'). You may be lucky / have caught it. But more likely the new chain will slip on the worn cassette when you (with care) put a bit of power on).
In which case pop the new cassette on.
Or put the old chain back on and ride till it slips: the cassette and chain can wear in synch.
I would ride the chainring until I get slipping, (slip will just be on that ring, maybe - depends on your riding style eg 'I stay in the big ring policy). I have just had this (new chain and cassette, and still slipping but only on the outer 52t). I was expecting the ring to ask for replacement soon (I had replaced the inner and middle ones a while ago) so had one ready to fit.
Your chainring is worn but you should still be able to ride it. Procure a replacement ready for whenever.

If you still get slipping, then its the ring (slip will just be on that ring, maybe - depends on your riding style eg 'I stay in the big ring policy). Are some chain rings harder than others?
I'm guessing mine are original but only half the wear of yours and have had a hard life weekend warrior not commuting!

It's probably more a usage thing. Rather like @Adam4868, virtually all my mileage is done on the outer ring - in my case because I live in a fairly flat area. In the case of the ring in the lower picture above, the ring on the right will be the third one on this bike as it's on the main commuter bike with nearly 20k miles on it. The inner ring however, is the same one I fitted when I got the bike and shows virtually no wear due to minimal use.

Ok I'm just getting my head round buying said parts chain,cassette,outerchainring....now I'm thinking it's a pressfit bottom bracket do I change whilst I've everything off ? Can't say I've noticed it giving me any problems(famous last words) but is it easy enough of a job, what specialist tools would I need or can I swap it to a threaded?
Thanks in advance,bored at work.

No need to change BB. Crank it till it says 'pay attention to me'.
You're welcome (seeking to avoid the next work task).
The chain is the first priority, but don't ditch the old one (see my earlier post).
Yes thanks I will do.Ill start with the easiest chain and cassette.
@Ajax Bay will the worn front chain ring damage new chain if it's not jumping about ?
