cervelo s2 vs s5 undecided

As title says i am undecided on the cervelo s2 and s5.

The s5 is 2014 vwd edition while the s2 is 2015 test ridden both today seemed like there's no difference apart from frame and fork weight.

S2 is £1800 while S5 is £2500

Which one would you get?

OK, sorry, are you sure it's one or the other? The Cervelo S series are quite "race". Are you looking at that kind of bike? Does it match your riding "style"...how many of "these" can I "include"?

Yes its the kind of bike got the spacers out of my old bike and slammed the stem so it matches the style of riding i do

I disagree.

Ask for a deal on a frame and get it built up with Campag.

The S5 at least has the advantage of looking properly insane, while the S2 is just ugly with a stupid cut out seat tube. If you're gonna go nuts, go all out nuts.

Plus it's aero so it'll gain you a few fractions of a second on your TT times.

Seriously, ask how much for a custom build. Best bike ever. Frame is magnificent, such a shame to let down with crap bits and pieces.
