I could probably do the Sunday as well, but am a little wary of moving things so close to the date.

Sunday wouldn't pose a huge problem for me, you might be struggling to get a response from those who flounced off to F*c*b**k.

I won't know my work rota for that weekend until this coming Sunday, so still a gamble as to whether I will be off on either day. Probably more chance of being off on the Sunday actually. So no prob here whatever the decision.

Saturday is better for me. Kids have activities organised for Saturday but I think I'll be expected to keep them busy on Sunday so I doubt I'll be allowed out to play.

Saturday would be my preferred option at the moment, as I may have a walk on the Sunday (though this hasn't been confirmed). I did mention when the walk was suggested that I had a ride on the Saturday, so if this is moved to Sunday and it clashes I would probably miss the walk given I was planning to do this long before I heard about the walk.
