Mine is the small version and I think it's easily big enough. When I bought it, when I first started cycling, it was because I couldn't safely turn my head and look back. Once I could do so, I took it off, but then put it back on soon afterwards as the added information from the mirror is very useful. It doesn't replace a proper look if you're about to pull out to turn right, but it does help a lot all the time, at least for me. As per the blurb on the web site, it really doesn't vibrate and it certainly is easy to fit (cable ties x 2).

I haven't used a bike eye, but I think what luggage you carry is a factor. Do you have panniers or saddle bag?

I can attest for the non-wobblyness of mirrcyle on my folder (with masses of vibration). Haven't tried them on drops.

I don't have any known issues, but find it easier to look over my left shoulder than my right. Oddly this is useful even in the UK, for looking far behind me (with no risk of moving right at the same time).
