Some people find it easier to look down and then rotate their necks, rather that swivelling from a normal riding position. Lot's of practice will help. Good luck.
I am suffering from the same problem. It is becoming very uncomfortable and a bit dodgy in traffic. In my case it could be just an ageing thing, but I am going to try some flexibility exercises for my neck to see if I can improve matters.Hi all, I've noticed that I can't look behind me. I think it's because of a long term of rugby etc and my neck is slowly stiffening up.
Has anyone else had the problem?

I'm the same. My left eye is much better than my right so I tend to look over my left shoulder, I know I have to twist my body more to see properly, but it works for me.I can look behind to the left, OK abroad but no much use here![]()
Yes, kind of. I have 3 fused neck vertebrae and have to turm quite a lot of myself round to look behind.Hi all, I've noticed that I can't look behind me. I think it's because of a long term of rugby etc and my neck is slowly stiffening up.
