Whilst waiting for the GLW to meet me, I went into our local Go Outdoors branch for a laugh at 'all those things you didn't know that you didn't need'. 
Anyway, noticed a member of staff trying to stack some packed family tents. Now obviously, the bigger the tent, the heavier it usually is, but we've just invested in a Vango 500 Air which weighs in at about 20kg. I noticed a Berghaus Freedom 5; thus same sleeping capacity as ours, but weighs a whopping 36kg. - !
So heavy in fact that it, among other similar models, is packed in a carry bag with wheels - !
Wouldn't want to be dragging that around a lumpy campsite - !
