Let's be sad together! I love the purple bit on my bike!

It came with the purple spoke nipples and mech hanger

But I changed the bar tape and bottle cages to match Oh and I have a purple helmet too ( ooer )

Steady now young lady, it's a bit early for that mucky talk.

That dolls house looks like it needs finishing off, slap a bit of paint on it to help control yourself.

But your cable crimp isn't colour coded.

Ah, a fellow Forme owner. One of the LBS bike mechanics did in fact comment on my purple nipples!

I always intended building a dolls house when my girl was small but never got round to it.

Luckily she grew up a bit to save me the trouble.

Hardly surprising with the weather you have up there.

That was just too tempting.

On the subject of blue bits, my mtb has matching blue qr's, seatpost clamp, bar grips and plugs, headset top cap, and tyre walls, what a tart.

It's not the valve caps that are sad, it's getting your phone out to photograph it that's sad!

If you like things that way and decide to do it then it can't be sad, it's just doing your own thing, It's not harming anyone so just do it!

BIG TIP: (unless you already have done this) ........ Take them off and pop some grease on the threads of the valve (preferably copper grease) because within a few weeks the alloy will corrode to the valve and they wont come off .... (I speak from car valve experience here.......)
