Go to Antarctica. Also try to visit as many countries as possible, preferably by bike. The more unusual and exotic the better!
There are many other things such helping orphanned baby/young Orangutans at the rescue centres/reserves in Indonesia (or is it Malaysia?), visiting tribes in the rainforests and Africa etc, as well as other more madcap things like rowing the Atlantic, but I will be realistic and say that I'll probably never do half of the things I want to do.
The more fundamental things I hope to do is being a father (well, ok, maybe) and making sure my family are safe and cared for.
There is just one last thing however that I hope I'll have the chance of doing one day, although it does sound a bit wrong. Saving someone's life, even if it is anonymously. I can't think of anything more noble*. That said, I do have a donor card and my family are fuly aware of my wishes, so hopefully I'll get to do it anyway, even though I'll have messed up this thread's original purpose by kicking the bucket in the process.
Even though I'm a bit of a misanthropist, I do realise that there is nothing very special about me either, so I'd happily give myself (I'm not scared of death. Not now) to help others in the ever vain hope that I am wrong about where we are all eventually heading as a species.
* - I have saved many small animals and insects in my time already.
