hmmm letter from stagecoach the rear video wasnt working correctly however the front was so driver is being put on a refresher course reference clearance of vulnerable road users as they think he was borderline on clearance

Ask them for your £18 - they should pay it now, that letter is virtually accepting liability, and as its only a small amount to them I doubt they will argue it. If you don't care about it, still ask them for it, but request they give it to charity - I recommend the air ambulance!

Same thing almost happened to me on my way home tonight, stagecoach again coming up to a crossing on a busy street so in the right hand lane as going straight on and the bus came flying up past my right hand side and then stuck on his left indicator and pulled in infront of me.
