Boardman MHT 8.6 or MTX 8.8

I have the 8.8 Boardman mht it has 11 gears I find that enough and it's 29er,found speed on roads good enough for me

Got 10 speed mht 27.5 er aswell great bike but found it needed extra gear for road. I felt sometimes 10th gear wasn't enough

I waited till 8.8 had 10% discount on ,got it for £765,there normally £850

I was looking at Voodoo bizango,but they never had any 18inch frames in stock.

Well plumped for the MHT 8.6 in the end after talking in store.

Just wasn't sure on those tyres, for stability as well on damp grassy hills etc, think of fall off! Just looked a little more robust as well.

Not 100% that it only has 10 gears and would have liked some more for the road, but I'm not in a hurry anyway!

Hope I've chose a decent enough bike anyway, spec compared to others seemed around same.
