I'm also tempted... my current boardman's is 16 years old and had zero issues other than the consumable parts needing replacing (I'm including group set in that as after 16 yrs I'm not quibbling over having worn gear mechs - i certainly can't blame boardmans for that).
I've tried selling it in this forum with zero interest, which probably shows how unsexy the brand is.
if the current models are as well designed as the old ones, and your happy to take your chances with a
halfords mechanic or better still do the pre bike set up yourself or at a more reputable bike store. Then I can't see anything wrong with this
