Fast and careful!
as i am on my feet all day and wear orthotic in soles,fitted by a biomechanics expert he says that birkenstocks are pretty good choice out of summer foot wear,and have had a pair for years, saying that i have put my insoles in crocs,
i wore those brazilian posh flip flops one summer and my foot spread and i some how managed to fracture snap my little toe to a 45 degree angle,and had to have it straightened,with the power of gas and air and the doc pushing it with a bic biro,i was on another cloud at this point
