Why would he never buy Ford again? It's not Ford's fault?

They did fix the car and deal with the people concerned but it wasn't easy. He had to involve lawyers etc and over all he was not at all happy with the way Ford dealt with it. it wasn't a scratch by the way, it was a gash!
