Welcome fogeys.

According to the forum rules you must make at least 50 posts on the subject of "what chain lube" before you are permitted to post on any other subject.

That is totally untrue
although you do need to contribute to the "wear a cycle helmet or not" debate without bloodshed in order to be assessed for suitability

most of us only pass because we don;t know where everyone lives!!!

Thanks for your comment @SpokeyDokey - completely understood... no NCAP references over here. My bad.

I know that I don’t post all that frequently in the CS, as the racing side of things is my bag, but I regularly read the political jousting.
So, it’s a case of if you can’t lose them, join them.

No worries. The (virtual) wall between here and there is the envy of Donald across The Pond.

It seems to be a good system - as I'd been getting most of my political diet from places other than CC (including BR/CS), I'd not dabbled in there till now, but I've found the CS crew genuinely enlightening and helpful in clarifying my own political thinking, so would genuinely have been sad to lose all touch with them. So I'm glad a lot of them have come over here & NCAP now.
