I think the fact that she posted that picture combined with the contents of her profile plus gut feeling all came together in defining her as a troll; whereas in this case none of the warning signs are present. IMHO anyway.

Surely she should have the benefit of doubt, give her a few months and see how she gets on with her weight loss....

I agree the photo wasn't the most pleasant of photos due to the lack of clothing but maybe in the new year she could post another picture, but more appropriate next time round.
