I had same issue, mine was mainly solved by using better fitting gloves with good gel pads.

First impressions of my tinkering with the saddle hight and fore/aft position yesterday seam to have made my comfort a little better, I had no numbness at all in either hands just a little tingling after about an hour and half, a twinge in my right knee but will play about with my new shoes and spd sl cleats when they arrive later today, it made this mornings ride very pleasant
