Bike cleaning

I always use Pledge on my bike. I also use it on the car. It brings up a lovely shine and really beads the water off. A lot of people who " show " there cars swear blind in using Pledge. There's loads of YouTube clips on this. As for using it on the bike it keeps it looking amazing :-)

There are a lot of people who show cars but know naff all about them, I get some on the phone most weeks.

Yes Pledge will shine things, it will also attract muck and has a very short protection life.

I am happy for you to share your views, I have just had too much time wasted recently by show car guys. Classic will be the knackered old Saxo without a straight panel on it that they want turned into concourse for £50.

I would suggest the OP applies a paint sealant or any clear household exterior varnish if he does not want to laquer the frame.

After washing I always rinse with Humming Bird tears.

Why else would there be a big absorbent pad in your shorts?
