I only recently picked up my new bike, the Boardman Team Carbon and I could not agree more.
Coming from a Hybrid it is so nice to ride, I thought it would be harsh in comparison but I actually prefer it!
As you say, drop downs and the shifters take a little getting used to but the long weekend was the perfect time to use it for the first time!

Love it!!!!

Nice one Chris. The difference is quite surprising! I'm looking forward to getting used to the new style of bike. Never had a road bike before. No doubt there'll be a few tweaks here and there over the coming weeks as I settle into the shape of it. Might ned to do something about the bar angle as I'm finding the STI levers a bit of a reach at first.

It's all good though :biggrin:
