Sometimes. It's only 1 molecule away from Glucose. To be Honest I wouldn't worry about Fructose. On a long ride I might have water in the bottles sometimes with an electrolyte tab in one. Then I use real food like banana/flapjacks for fuel & occasional energy gels.Do u use fructose?
