Baked beans, how do you spice yours up?

Sometimes a simple sprinkle of cayenne pepper.

Sometimes a blob of barbecue sauce.

Sometimes a bigger thing: onions, cumin, smoked paprika, honey or maple syrup, whatever else comes to hand.

To spice up baked beans; I eat them off my naked wife.

Do you have another one that is not naked??

having said which I would finding eating lunch of a naked woman rather distracting.
and it would be difficult cutting the toast up

or does even thinking that just show my age????

I have to tell you i have been asked not to eat beans.Breakfast without beans down at Marcels cafe is not the same,but sadly i make more wind than i do with sprouts.

I finally got around to buying another bottle yesterday and had beans on toast after my ride home from the supermarket.

I have added a drop of bourbon (the drink, not the biscuit) while heating the beans. Tasty.

Fennel seeds ground onto the vegetables are your friends.
