Good grief! from the wiki entry;

HP Sauce is a condiment; a popular brown sauce formerly produced in Aston, Birmingham, England, by HP Foods but now produced by H.J. Heinz in Elst, the Netherlands.

Incindentally, in the "spot the deliberate mistake" section, the first section should read "HP Sauce is THE condiment"

Usually nothing - as long as it's a really good bacon. If the bacon's so-so then I add spicy tomato relish

Brown sauce - it has to be. First applied liberally to the sandwich/roll/whatever and then a puddle on the plate for extra brown-ness.
