So this hot spot media obtained what one could call private photos then sold the them to the tabloids along with the footage? No doubt you can sue and make a pretty penny out of this.

Im sure they would but i would want to know how much they made. Then demand how much I want along the lines of 70% since they did it without asking.

I suspect that Steve need some sort of professional advice in how to go about this. If it was me I wouldn't have the foggiest idea where to start or what figure to ask for.
