That form seems to be aimed at those initiating a complaint about an ad rather than about an adjudication.

Meanwhile, the ASA take no action against car adverts which include in the small print e.g. "on the road price includes road fund licence".

It's a shame the petition just says "Please reverse the ruling" and doesn't allow you to add any reasons why. I think I'll just write to the ASA instead.
