I did read that peroxide destroyed the traces of cocaine use and perhaps other drugs too but I can't remember where. Lance of course would have had to bleach his hair and re-dye it in the 20 minute showergate incident. Even I find that hard to believe!

Check this site, third item down or so

This theory has legs
David Millar also. (sorry, don't have time to search for a pic)
And someone else beat me to the Festina/Virenque connection.

Guys Guys Guys - here I am.

Thanks you for your kind words - and Indeed I WAS taking a "quick" shower. I always like a shower when a tester is waiting i like to be "clean" before I am tested - this means I am the Cleanest poster on here and indeed i have NEVER had a positive test!!!xx(

Lance will def win a stage at Giro...did you think i'd say anything else.

Now one major reason I'm not a fan of His Holiness is this sort of bollox in the media.

It irritates me that coverage of cycling in the mainstream media is all about Lance, like the BBC report after Milan-San Remo that Lance didn't do well, finished two-hundered-and-somethingth, oh and by the way Mark Cavendish won it.

But who is actually producing this stuff ?
- is it really the fault of Lance's PR team who keep producing press handouts and keeping their man in the spotlight
- or is it the media who pounce on the slightest doing or utterance of The Great Lance and think that the general public are interested it
- or is it just lazy/easy reporting, rather than actually finding real cycling stories, to just take Lance's PR handouts (in the way they take similar PR handouts from Downing Street, etc)

Point of order; 'expects to win a stage' and 'doesn't expect to win the Giro' aren't contradictory but agreed, it's all about the Lancer.

Betcha his media team cannot believe their luck some days as the Worlds press are quite happy to graze off whatever they feed them.
