I'm 79 kilos and my body fat percentage is 13.2 so I supose that makes me lean

It's subjective but I went for 'lean'.

I've little fat but no idea percentagewise. Also c.80kg. Did some very encouraging hill-climbing yesterday, tho.. Will probably have another shot tomorrow over a longer distance (it's all up and down round here).

I'm a vision of loveliness, well I am if it's a dark foggy night and you happen to be on a galloping horse. I'd describe myself as very big boned around the middle. Not so much a six pack as a keg.
