I had to stop and think about this, but have to confess, am probably a bit of a tart. Dont go for matching the bike with my clothing, but have reached the point where I look better on the bike than in "normal" clothes, thanks to my pink and black get up.
I know it sounds disgusting, but as I ride in lots of places I technically shouldn't (just private woodland, shortcuts etc,not doing any damage) being a "girlie-girl" seems to let me get away with stuff that blokes on bikes just cant. Male cycling friends have been challenged for doing exactly what I do by the same big blokes in landy's who just smile and wave at me.

Deeply unfair, but such is life...
Maybe they should try my howies pink hat and pink windproof jacket.
