The simple answer is that if you are cold, move. There's nothing like brisk walking for getting the body temperature up. Obviously when indoors jogging on the spot will have to serve as a substitute as long as you don't get in the way of the telly.

WIFE .. Washing Ironing Food and Entertainment ? or maybe its Wierdly Icy Frozen Extremities. Usual arguments in our household. I have control over the remote, SWMBO has control over the thermostat.

I read somewhere that women are more likely to feel the cold than men and that in general their body temp tends to be lower than men... can find the source now.

+5 for the freezing wife brigade. We follow each other round in endless circles turning boilers and radiators up amd down. Many a time I meet my son sitting in the garden trying to get his blood temp. down below a gas mk 4. As for preparing for bed, the whole bleedin' wardrobe goes on and still I get accused to hogging the duvet.

My wife never seems to feel the cold. Then again she is of norwegian ancestry and brought up in Newcastle (where a snowy spell signifies a need to put something on top of your tea shirt before heading out).
