Anyone used Mollydoo.com ?

For the family holiday I'm looking at an option that Mollydoo offer of a week's holiday somewhere hot (family box's ticked) together with 3 guided rides for myself. I was just wondering if anyone had done this sort of thing with this company or another.
Another alternative is just to rent somewhere hot and bike friendly in Europe and drive down there with the bike on the roof. Again any tips or advice would be appreciated.

Not used them but based on what I saw on an Algarve holiday last year, their package there looks reasonable - although the full Monchique mountain challenge ride would definitely be a challenge, as it seemed a bit of a challenge for a touring coach! It doesn't look much dearer than a typical package and hiring a decent bike, but a bit more integrated. Personally, I'd try to avoid any including a Ryanair flight (although I'm not sure if you can see which airline it would be?) but that's just my view of Ryanair as the opposite of relaxing.

I just joined this forum and thought I should reply to this message as I am the founder of Mollydoo and thought I maybe able t help. With regards to our packages, we include a flight within all our packages, but just include the cheapest flight available. However we can add any flight to our package as we are fully ATOL as long of course it reaches the same destination. Ryanair is a choice, its cheap and they cover most european destinations. We can include any airline that services that route so happy to look at that for any of our clients.

I am probably a bit late on this as I have only just joined this forum. We do provide the complete package, flights, hotel, transfers, bikes and supported guided rides for a number of beach destinations which are ideal for the family. We call them beach and bike holidays as it ticks the box for the family and cyclist. We bundle 3 x guided rides and bike hire in the price so you don't have to worry about taking your bike etc.. I personally would not recommend Greece for cycling in peak summer as its very hot, mainland Spain is good, Alicante, Costa Daurada and even the Canaries as Greece as you will know can reach the 40 degree mark..
