Anyone preparing for winter yet?

My three path scrapers, one each to deal with light , medium or heavy snowfalls are on permanent standby just inside my garage door.
There seems little point in tidying them away for the summer.

Same here. Clothing and footwear wise I have stuff to cope with bad weather. I no longer have to drive in it.

I've seen a few mostly women wearing khaki parka coats these last few days. It's still been about 68F,even though grey and windy. Why wear such thick coats when it's still quite warm I ask?
