It was good. Very good in fact. But not great.
SWMBO wants it a bit sweeter 'for guests'. I think I'm going to need some lactose (or whatever class of sugar it is that has no truck with feeding yeast.)
Nice Sunday morning breakfast treat though, toasts beautifully.
