Picture is from 11:47 on the 11th June 2018. Taken on the Wirral.

Picture is from a micro SD card in a second-hand phone.
Whoever owned the card liked to travel, Australia, Hong Kong, Spain. And at least one is a Liverpool fan.

Looking to return the card as there seems to be important pictures(in the family sense) on it.

If you don't get any reply here, next step might be to call/contact Evans and see if the card can be returned through them (or if they can pass contact details, etc.) One assumes that it's a bike purchased from and delivered by Evans and that they will have shipping details (date on image on SD card should give a pretty close delivery datas ie on or shortly before <date>).

Also, given my impression of and my attitude to the owner of Evans it would be interesting to see how much they put themselves out to resolve the loss.

How are Evans responsible for me getting the SD card?

Daft answers to a simple question aren't appreciated.
They are not, I didn't say they were. To me looks like a new bike delivered in an Evans box so Evans can help one of their customers by putting them in contact with you so you can return the SD card.

ie will Evens put themselves out in any way as they are likely in a situation where one of their customers can get back their family photos.

Assuming you know the details of where the photo was taken - i.e. the address it was taken at (you already know it was the wirral), you could do a little sleuthing to see if the person who took the picture is still at that address - i.e. has the house been sold since 2018? If not you could always send a letter to the address to let them know you have the SD card and do they need it back?

I have a name, from one of the photo's, but they're not showing at the address, or adjacent properties.

Do you know anyone with a decent social media prescence e.g. Instagram, Reddit. Pick a few of the images not featuring people and get them to post them online. Also try posting some on the Liverpool club forums if they are a fan?

Very odd. Nice of you to try and reunite the owner with the card.
Pucker up for the loony brigade who don't fully aread the posting and imagine bits from their own cage in La-la land.

Not related to the card owner, do double check the phone privacy and security. Assuming you purchased through a company (or you'd know who the seller was), most companies that handle 2nd hand phones do some checks eg tracking off, battery ok/not swelling, etc. nut if card left in phone probable those checks not carried out so might.be some tracking options or similar maybe still be enabled.

Maybe worth double checking

@classic33 where/who did you buy the phone from?
I really don't think Evans would remotely be interested in helping, but
Probably the photos are backed up in some cloud, still, you never know.
@wiggydiggy's suggestions above are good, get a social media wizard on it.
Good luck.
It came in a lot bought at auction. I don't think Evans would be willing to hand over customer details either.
Have tried some of what @si_c suggested, but never thought of what @wiggydiggy suggested, trying the club forums. So I'll be trying some tomorrow.

I have the street name, property number, and the know that the picture in the first post was taken in the back garden. A name from one of the other pictures. Unfortunately that name doesn't show in the area in question.
