I like her and bought her CD shortly after it was released. It is one of the CDs keeps me going on the long winter rides on my ipod. I hope she gets over her current problems and can return to her talent as a quality singer/musician. Like al music, it is not to everyone's taste, but her voice is different.

I got her first album back in the day (2001 I think?) and thought she was pretty good. But it says a lot for the paucity of the music business that she's thought of as a bit of a genius...there's a lot of talent out there but unfortunately no market for a lot of it.
Anyway, I hope she does well in rehab and comes out and builds upon her already pretty good stuff, and more importantly, is happier.
