Amazon Returns - Anyone else had problems?

I got a charge back from Amazon on a return. It was an error and took 5 minutes to sort out on the phone. Expected it to be a right hassle so was very impressed.

Just to close this off, spoke to the manager of the shop where I dropped the parcel off. He said I was never going to be able to prove what I returned but needed to be aggresive with Amazon to get it sorted. Sent them a "srongly worded" e-mail (not overtly aggresive) and the next day they replied saying it was written off, so a satisafctory conclusion. Thanks for all the advice.
