I got so fed-up with both my Sister and my Mother I disowned them both almost exactly a year ago. I have to say that so far it's been a much better 12 months without them.
I'm lucky I live far enough away not to have any chance encounters or mutual friends other than a dwindling number of not particularly close relatives.

Sibling/family rivalries are the worst kind. I don't envy you buggi. As others have said, Keep the high ground, refrain form adding fuel to the fire and give it time.

No I remember now it was someone's Mother emigrating to Oz without telling all the siblings.

Same here I disowned my Sister . Life has been a lot better in the past 2 years as I now have no expectations so I'm never disapointed !...
