Advice on tyres and pressures for mud

i ran 40-45psi on clichers (on dan_bo's advice) that worked fine, good grip & no pinch flats on the roots. Used a Michelin Mud 2 up front and a cheap Conti on the back, the combo works well as usually my front tyre loses grip first so the better tyre is up there (oho I am expert after 2 races xx()

Well, the tyres arrived today - used Wiggle in the end as Rutland had run out. Haven't put them on yet but certainly look like they will handle mud much better. I was given advice before of running 50/60 psi and adjusting if needs be. The first race I had 60 and the second, the muddy one 50.

Will let you know how I get on. Cheers
