According to my Brother, I am the worst person in the history of the universe after I borrowed his 'New Scientist' about 15 years ago. Oh and because I had an accident and damaged a camera 20 years ago.

WHO KNEW?! 🤪

Hitler, Stalin, Pol Pot and that North Korean guy have NOTHING on me! 😆

To be fair that North Korean guy borrowed my, how to build a nuclear missile book and hasn’t returned it.

During his 10 year reign, Richard the Lionheart spoke no English, and spent little more than six months in England. Captured by the Duke of Austria en route to England from the Holy Lands, he was released after his mother, Eleanor, paid the ransom: 34 tons of silver. 34 tons!

For the past year I've been using an old Raleigh as a pub bike. I've just looked up its frame number and found out that it was made in 1951.
Where did you look up the number?

My Raleigh 5-speed was stolen from the school bike shed in 1969 and for some obscure reason I can still remember its frame number! (Very odd, given that I often can't remember what day of the week it is, or what I did the week before.)

Are you insinuating that @Chris S is riding your stolen school bike?
It wasn't quite that old! :okay:

I just thought that it would be interesting to see if I could track down exactly what the bike was from the frame number. All I can remember is that it was my 5-speed steel-framed 'racer' and was made by Raleigh. It was probably made in 1967 or 1968.
