Or the 4 slices for the sandwiches that I eat at lunch time will give me 24% of my RDI of salt. Then there's the filling and the rest of the food that I eat during the day. It's really easy to go over the limit.
While accurate, it must be remembered that the ‘limit’ is only a ‘recommended daily dose’. It does not account for an individual’s size, or the needs of -their- body in their environment.
