Adjusting front mech (internal routing)

I need to adjust the tension on my front mech as the upshift to larger cog isn't smooth, sometimes taking a lot of push on the shifter, and occasionally am finding the chain will jump down from big to small.

It's a two by, GRX with internal routing, so I can't see any obvious barrdl adjusters to make the finer trims I am used to on a 105 set up.

Any guidance is greatly appreciated.

Can you see the derailleur start to move as soon as you begin to change from the small to big chain ring?
If you can, and even if you can't, you may find that you just need to slacken off the high limit screw a smidge.

The tension is set by adjusting the screw on the side of the FD until the two lines on the rear are aligned, as shown at time 11:55 in this video:

If this doesn't solve the problem I'd be setting the FD up from scratch which this video also shows how to do.
