And the Pelican Inn, Ogmore -This was called The Pelican in Her Piety until sometime recently. Not sure exactly when it changeed, but I have seen photos from 2019 where its still said that on the front of the pub, but the sign outside was just The Pelican.

My do-it-all bike outside the Perkin Warbeck this morning.

In 1499 Perkin Warbeck was hanged as a pretender to the throne.

In 2024 Perkin Warbeck is a Wetherspoons.

That's progress.

La Chaumière - a bar/restaurant - in rainy le Roc St André late this afternoon

and ... having struggled for the best part of six weeks to find a 'C' - about 200m from la Chaumière is the (now apparently closed) Au Bon Coin café

Two for the price of one.

Hope to get to 'G' by the end of March .. good news. Bad news is that I haven't found an 'H' or an 'I' or a 'J' yet ...

Living in London, I reckon I should be able to do the entire alphabet in a single ride. It will take a lot of planning, though.
