Got a vomiting bug and had me up all night in and out the house. Off to the vets with him this morning who gave him an injection to stop the vomiting & diarrhea.

He never sleeps on his bed during the day. Didn't even hassle me for a walk this morning.

Oh yeah, son no.2 is sick as well but it's the dog who's getting all the sympathy.

Crackles - my OH is absolutely panning for your dog!!!!! You better put some more pics up!

He's picked up after a very long sleep. This is his 'where's the rest of my dinner' look. He's on short rations, a bit of chicken and rice only.

Well pretty much back to normal now, still on chicken and rice but he's well enough to knick kitchen roll tubes out the recycling bin so I think he's on the mend.

There you go Snapper, that's 3 pictures I've posted for you.

Ahhh bless, glad he's feeling better now

Our poor old dog was at the vets a couple of weeks ago. He had a bit of fur shaved, and X-rays amd injections and everything. You can see it all in those eyes !

He's fine, thank you.

He has a broken cruciate ligament which is inoperable as he's too old for the surgery so he's on abti-inflammatories and short walks from now on.
He's a lot better than he was though.

Jeez, the amount of cash people spend on there pets is amazing, i wouldn't spend that amount on myself but when it comes to my girl..hell yeah....my vet laughed at me when i told them i'd paid for her, (i'd come back for the test results as she wasn't putting on weight) now five ops (so not putting her in for any more) and a whole heap of pills later and being dropped by my insurance company (i was down to only the sixth her on the right side of her tail being coverd) i'm still paying. I know how you feel Crackle, i have stayed up many a night and day had my fingers clearing out some unholy things from varioues parts of her body and the drains that drained her head, plus some smells that would rip through your body.......Yet People still do it for there pets. I am glad that there are still people in the world like you and Snapper, as i have people with dogs who shoud be behind bars, Hope the love of your life gets well soon.
