Magicshine or copy. Be wary that the cheaper ones have crap batteries, but it's not too tricky to build your own pack.

A couple of Hope 1's are excellent, but you'll need nearer £150.

@mattobrien - what run time are you getting out of it on Full or Low ? (if you have had time to run it down ;))
I have used it on three rides, probably full beam ride time about two hours (rides were part light / part dark).

The indicator light was green, suggesting it was 100%-65% charged. It also gives a full beam run time of 4.5 hours.

Seeing as I have used it a bit, I have charged it today so it is ready for the next time. I would be slightly stuffed if i were out on the unlit country lanes and it went out, but it would be my fault - it is supposed to go red from 65%- 30% and flash red >30%

I've got a moon XP300 and have used it through the winter riding on unlit country roads, its just about bright enough and didn't really impact my average speed, although I would probably go for the XP500 if I was buying again just for that extra bit of ooomf!

I use this on unlit roads as well and it is acceptable (that covers it), not insane bright but acceptable, and loads of brackets available for £4/5 on various sites as well.
The 500 is likely to be a right deal breaker on the cost.

You can borrow one of my Hope 1's if you want to see how you get on with those, personally i prefer the Moon 500 which you've seen.
The cheap T6 are good but I would always want a back-up to be sure.

In between here and there
I used these through the winter I only have about 4 miles of unlit but the first time I tackled the 4 miles with my old lights I more or less had to go at walking pace. Not sure I would want to do much furhter than 4 miles on them as they throw quite a narrow but very bright beam but they saw me through without hindering me too much, will double up at the front for next year.

...Honestly though the Moon xp300 is find on a budget, I ride over 5 ish miles of unlit/no houses roads on my winter commute and they were fine, oncoming traffic always gave way mistaking me as a larger vehicle!

B+M IOXN IQ... A bit over budget delivered but equal to 400-500 lumen torch for road illumination & doesn't leave on-comming drivers/riders with after images.

The mount is the same as smart front lights

I have the same one as Mattbrien. Works well with my 7 miles of unlit country roads

I got one of these off of Ebay in January...

... it's the nearest thing i've had to a car headlight on the bike.
Can see everything on unlit lanes at night and for £20 it's a bargain.
Took about 3-4 weeks to arrive from Shanghai.
Not had chance to use it much but the batteries seem to hold their charge well.

the back light is pants though, why they bothered sending it I don't know

I got a Cree torch from ebay. Can't remember the exact one, but it came with two batteries and charger and a rear light. I paid about £20 and it's amazing. I ride down some unlit roads that are really badly pot holed and I can see beautifully with it.
I use one of these mounts, which can be swapped between bikes in seconds.:

I'd forgotten i was after a mount like that, cheers!

Magicshine or similar generic copy You can see with it and have time to react to potholes on pitch black country lanes at 30mph. Battery pack lasts for 2 to 3 hours and velcros on and off. The light itself is held on with a large o ring so quick switching from bike to bike.

Is the generic copy like the one Matt has linked to above?

It will be, I have one that I use on my CX for the TPT, very bright but spotty, you can buy the diffuser lenses to spread the light a bit.
Well worth the money, even if you only get 12 months out of it
