A proud day

Today, I am proud to say my wife has been out on her bike for the first time. She has not ridden a bike since she was little and was a bit nervous.

But after 10 minutes on a nice quiet forest road she was smiling and admitted she was enjoying it.

She said she wanted to ride at least a mile, she did just over a mile and a half.

She wants to go out again tomorrow morning.
