Electric wheelchairs could have (retractable) diamond-tipped drills attached to the rear axles and a gearing system allowing them to spin at a much higher rate than the wheels, and those who walk with crutches or a rollator could have a counterbalanced, miniaturised wrecking ball system which swings in concert with ones movement of the walking aid and aids one to walk, if necessary, as well as bashing panels out of the way.If we're amending the law, we can overlook anything we want.
Maybe no path would be cleared... but it could be fun for those blocked to try!
Those following them directly would need a shopping trolley or baby buggy with caterpillar tracks in order to scramble over the sliced-up debris; the blind and visually-impaired could be issued with a snow-plough like device which is battery-powered and lightweight - something on the lines of a strimmer, but obviously differing in the way it operates - in order to clear a way for themselves (and their dog, if accompanied by one) to walk safely without stepping on shards of metal, glass etc.
It sounds like a great time could be had by all!
