they've lost trade this gone week because my car has been stuck in there garage taking valuable work space up preventing them from working on other vehicles, plus from what I can gather they've had to fork out £100 on a cam locking tool.
Nah they'd have shoved it outside, if you're lucky they might have brought it back into the workshop at night but probably not after all nobody is gonna drive off in it

Our Mazda went in for a service yesterday, bit more than the usual - swapping wheels round etc. Where we sat in the lounge, next to a huge window, we could see all that was going on in the workshop. When you see them attaching a laptop to somewhere in the engine bay, you realise how far things have moved on in terms of technology. The servicing is covered for free for the first 5 years, expect we'll keep going to the main stealer though after that, the local third party workshops would struggle a bit on these more modern cars. Our next car may have to be a hybrid, and I'm hearing that EV sales are now in decline.

I think it unfair to label them stealers, one small Mazda dealer on my customer list costs well in excess of £50,000 a month just open the doors, that is not their fault, and their profit margins are very slim.
