Just been to collect the Rudge from my lbs

Bottom bracket all sorted.

They even had an original key and key fob that fits the steering lock

We saw a lot of Rudge roadsters at the National Bike Museum & the hand set into the chainset was a highlight everytime.

Ah, but did you go full period and seek out tubes with Wood's valves - ?

Wise; there's a very good reason why it's difficult to get Wood's valves now - !

Most of the tubes that come from China or India down here are Woods type.

No plans as I sold it , would love another one but not just yet .

The new owner will enjoy taking that to the next level, you’ve done all hard graft so now a nice easy resto for someone.
