Me too. It's almost finished me with cycling when it's hard enough to do a days work without aching at the end of it. How folk managed in days gone by, heaven knows.
My Good Lady has an appointment with the clinic in March so hopefully they may be able to improve her mobility, she's virtually housebound at the moment and only gets out if someone takes her, we did an organised pensioners coach trip a week ago and I had to hire a wheelchair when we visited Boundary Mills so she could get round the shop. If I take my back and hip pain to the doctors I just get told to take pain killers, like you I expect it to end my cycling eventually.
