back to the OP... yes i'm usually a little spaced out for 10-15 minutes if i have had a particularly tough ride, be that socially or commuting
 
Apologies to all, especially moon bunny, ok, ok rumbled. I could not resist, must be the time of year. I will be offline for a while so christmas wishes to you all.

So you've been away, googled it and realised you've made a complete ar5e of yourself. Well, at least you've got the balls to own up... :smile:

I won't claim to know anything technical about it ;) but it definitely happens to me and friends after strenuous exercise. We used to get it all the time after pushing eachother to run hard, it was especially noticable when we'd run to a pub, queued at the bar then totally forgot what we were ordering etc. :smile:
