my partner is after motorcycle boots a bit like that - and they're bloody hard to find with more than about 10mm lift. MC are not made with the shorter lady in mind - and a low-rider Harley looky likey is just too embarrasing
With motorbikes saddle width is a huge factor. My wife could manage on a ZZR600 E2 but had no chance on a slightly newer ZX6 and it was all saddle width. ER6 is quite thin, might be an option?

good point - was aware but not really factored that in when looking at saddle height numbers in the specs. Apparently some drop more than others when sat upon too.

It's a right nuisance as she'll have to buy an over-600 just to do her test if she's to get a full licence. And all this just to get the 1950 Velocette she really wants

Yea yea yea Andrew, but the point is that the OP wanted some data. He/she didn't have two sets of wheels to compare.
